Host your private event with exclusive access to the entire Flipz Academy gym facility. This option is ideal for large group events, private functions, school groups, corporate activities, or special celebrations that require the full venue exclusively for your guests.
Venue Hire Pricing
- $2,514 minimum charge – first 2 hours
- Additional hours: $1,337 per hour
What’s Included
- Exclusive use of the entire Flipz Academy facility
- Access to trampolines, ninja zone, gymnastics areas
- Private use of the venue for your group
Optional Staff Assistance
Staff can be added to assist with supervision or event support.
- 1 Staff Member: $80 per hour
- 2 Staff Members: $160 per hour
Venue Hire Agreement
By proceeding with the booking, the person making the booking (“Hirer”) agrees to the following conditions on behalf of all participants and guests attending the event.
Liability Waiver Requirement
All participants, parents, guardians and spectators entering the facility must complete and sign the Flipz Academy online Liability Waiver prior to entering the venue.
Failure to complete the waiver may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Subcontractors & External Service Providers
Any subcontractor or external service provider (including instructors, entertainers, workshop facilitators or coaches) must provide a current Public Liability Insurance Certificate prior to the event.
The insurance must include coverage for the following activities:
- Teaching
- Workshops
- Aerial
- Parkour
- Gymnastics
Bookings will be void without correct documentation, less a $25 processing fee.
Cleaning Bond
The Hirer must ensure the venue is left in the same condition as found at the commencement of the booking.
Flipz Academy reserves the right to retain part or all of the $356 cleaning bond where:
- Excess cleaning is required
- Equipment or facility damage occurs
- Waste is not removed appropriately
Extra Time Charges
The Hirer must vacate the facility at the agreed time.
Any additional time used will incur charges of $230 per 10-minute increment, which will be charged to the card used for the booking.
Damage to Property
The Hirer accepts responsibility for any damage caused to equipment, flooring, facility infrastructure or property by guests, participants or contractors during the hire period.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method used for booking.
Safety Rules
All guests must comply with Flipz Academy safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
Flipz Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who does not follow safety instructions.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited within the sporting facility.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
Payment Authorisation
By completing the booking, the Hirer authorises Flipz Academy / Super Performance Centre Pty Ltd to charge the payment method used for booking for:
- Venue hire fees
- Additional time used
- Cleaning costs where applicable
- Damage to equipment or the facility
- Additional services requested
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
The Hirer agrees that the booking constitutes a binding service agreement.
The Hirer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services delivered in accordance with this agreement.
Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event date.
Where a chargeback is initiated without prior contact:
- Flipz Academy may submit this agreement as evidence
- An $85 chargeback administration fee may apply
- Any legal or debt recovery costs may be recovered from the Hirer
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the booking, the Hirer confirms they:
- Have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions
- Accept responsibility for all participants and guests attending
- Agree to comply with all Flipz Academy venue policies

Please Note: The gym remains open to the public during regular hire bookings. For exclusive facility use (private events), please book Gym Hire for Events.

- Extra Participants: Any extra participants not booked through the online booking system will be invoiced, and an additional administrative fee will be added. To avoid this fee, please ensure that any extra participants are booked on the day of use via the online system.
- For groups exceeding 12 participants, online booking is required to receive the applicable discount.
- Instructor Documentation: Instructors must upload their current public liability insurance with appropriate wording that covers teaching, workshops, aerial, parkour, etc. Bookings will be considered void if the correct documentation is not provided, and a $25 processing fee will be charged.
- Extra Time: Any extra time beyond the booked hours will be charged at $17.80 per 10-minute increment per participant. An invoice for any extra time used will be sent after the session. Please note that the last booking of the day cannot be extended.
- All bookings are subject to equipment availability.
– No refunds
– You are eligible to hold a credit should your booking cancel and you have given the HOD 48hrs notice
– You are responsible for the floor during your booking and any damages made from your booking, you will be held responsible for the damage
– Finish on time ($5 per 10min late fee will apply)
– Extra time will be charged at $17.80 per 10 minute increments per participant. Invoice will be sent.
– Last booking of the day cannot be extended.
– Sound system can be used only if paid $10 (please tick “Sound system hire” with your booking)
– Any additional equipment used outside of Floor area (trampolines, ninja area, gym equipment, gymnastics apparatus) fees of $11 per person per hour applies and is available if it has been processed prior to the booking.
– Any Extra Equipment can bee booked and paid below.
