Arrival & Setup: Please plan to arrive at Booking start time. You will have 20min to setup and welcome guests.

Any extra or additional guests must be confirmed strictly by email info@flipz.au at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

If you would like to order extra food or drinks for your party, please make a new order through our Birthday party shop by choosing the products you wish and book them for the same time slot as your party. You can also bring your own food, drinks and cake.
